I have been using this pharmacy for some time as it is convenient. The staff are helpful and do their job but there is no consistency of staff. As a retired pharmacist it seems to be run on locums or whoever is available. It would be nice to see the same staff on a regular basis. Having said that the service is fine and I have had no problems sourcing medication for my 89 year old husband | ||||||

I have to collect medications on a weekly basis and have been let down by other pharmacies in the area previously. This pharmacy provide an excellent service and I will definitely be staying with them. Fast, efficient and friendly - all the staff are lovely and welcoming.

The pharmacist at this chemist was so helpful that i would definitely use this pharmacy again. I went in on a Friday evening with a prescription for my child and they checked to see if they had the antibiotic in-stock before they said they could do it as i had already tried two other chemists to get my sons prescription filled. The pharmacist came back to me and said that the antibiotic that had been prescribed was not a popular product and they did not have it, however they would call all the nearby pharmacies to locate one that had it instead of me driving around all evening looking for it myself, which i thought was amazing news, they just didn't leave me with to further options like the first too chemists had. I went next door to the main Tesco to grab a few things giving them time to locate a pharmacy with that product, i was only gone about 10-15mins and when i went back they informed me that only one pharmacy in the surrounding 5miles had the antibiotic i needed in-stock and that the pharmacy where saving it for me. This very helpful act saved me a lot of running around and i was able to give my son his first dose that evening, very polite and helpful staff. excellent experience. | ||||||
