A wonderful group of staff, never had a problem with rudeness from any of them, was moved to omega from boots when pandemic hit, very glad I was, as they are, for me, top of the list from any other chemist's around, you don't see them chitchatting in the back when they have customers, unlike some chemist's, their on the go always. | ||||||

There is no concept of discretion or how the data protection act works. Its totally unacceptable to shout out perdonal medical information across the counter. We're these staff trained. Appalling. | ||||||

Annoymous I phoned today and didn't like the attitude of the person that answered my call she was very rude and when I told her she went that's fine and put the phone down she shouldn't be working in there if she can't answer phone or questions with our being rude I have reported her | ||||||
