I am a care manager in Beeston and I visit this store nearly every morning. The staff are so knowlegable of their products, and they always serve with a smile! Staff go out on a limb for the customers, if the products are not on their section that I need, they will go and find them for me, or get someone that does know where to find them and the shelves are always stocked with up to date products.
The pharmacy team are great, they work fast and hard to serve customers quickly but with efficiency and have guided me many times to buy the right products for the right ailments which have worked, this is so much quicker and better than taking up un-necessary GP appointments!
Well done to you all, keep up the good work!!

Went to the store this morning I purchased a boots 5 blade razor from the store about six weeks ago every week since buying the razor have tried to buy blades that fit the razor on the previous to last visit still no blades . I then asked a member of staff and told him that on every visit they don’t have any blades that fit my boots 5 blade razor . His reply was he without and have a look upstairs and then came back with a set of boots blades . When I opened them at home they did not fit the razor and I took the blades back with the razor . They apologised and refunded me with a gift card for the blades but was not interested in a refund on the razor which is pretty useless without blades that fit the boots only model . My advice is don’t buy a boots only razor unless you intend to grow a beard like Lee from the razor with them as it’s pretty useless without the blades ?? | ||||||
