I agree with everything in the review posted on July 11, 2023. I've had the same response from one woman member of staff. It's sad as the rest of the staff are polite and helpful. But that level of rudeness is upsetting and unnecessary. I changed my chemist last year for this reason.

Phoned the Pharmacy re my elderly mothers medication, I couldn’t believe how rude the lady was on the phone! Talking over me all the time! I tried to explain the situation but she continued to say “you should’ve let us know of any changes” which I was trying to do. I think a lesson in customer service is badly needed! I spent over 10 years dealing with medication and pharmacies and have never been met with such rudeness!! I wouldn’t want to feel ill and have to deal with that response!!
