Toni was amazing ,sat me down problem with glasses , she sorted them out ,spent about half hour with me making asking sure they fitted properly , other staff didn't do what she did,I went away happy well done toni credit to your team xx

the receptionist was polite and did her best in the current situation which was really good the lady optician was polite and took her and my time on deciding what was best for myself there was not really any push to buy new frames but plenty of advice mainly because my prescription had not changed
