About half an hour after the due time, they called me and said that I could come ASAP. I ended up arriving over an hour late. The front desk greeted me by name as I walked in the door, which is impressive considering that it was my first time there and no one had ever seen my face before. They patiently looked over my papers and confirmed my details. Ten minutes later I was in the doctor's office with a gracious and very well-mannered optician. Needless to say I highly recommend Paul Toleman Opticians.
