The Firs

At The Firs we provide care and support for adults with a Learning Disability and specialise in associative conditions such as Autistic Spectrum Conditions, Epilepsy and other complex needs.

We are driven by wanting to make a difference and in creating a homely environment for individuals to feel safe within, we believe that building trust and a rapport is essential in creating a foundation for an individual to develop.

With over 19 years of specialist care experience each, Husband and Wife team Sean and Renee own and operate The Firs and have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in providing bespoke services for adults requiring care and support with various forms of Learning Disabilities and associative conditions. They are actively involved in supporting residents at The Firs on a daily basis.

Sean directly manages the home and Renee provides Quality Assurance and mentoring of staff to ensure that their bespoke form of care approach succeeds in providing real and long term positive outcomes for individuals that come to live at The Firs.
