    My Husband has not seen the same care worker twice different carers every day. The whole time the carers are trying to help my Husband they are constantly being bombarded with phone calls to their mobiles by the office staff asking them to work more shifts. How can the carers do their job properly like this! I have spoken to a supervisor about this but nothing changes. The carers are stressed and rushed full of apologies everytime. The organisation needs to be sorted out.

    Response to concerns raised in NHS Choices reviews. As a provider All Seasons takes its role in community social care seriously and would have welcomed that this review was not anonymous as this would have enabled All Seasons to investigate and be afforded the right to reply through robust investigation following our complaints process which can be found in the All Seasons folder. In the absence of background information to this support package I am unfortunately not able to respond from an informed viewpoint. Support workers are allocated at the commencement of the package, continuity of care is reviewed by the senior management team at the monthly quality meeting and any discrepancies e.g. large numbers of staff attending any one client would be investigated and most certainly if these concerns had been raised following complaint process this would have been looked in to immediately and outcomes, reassurance provided if upheld. All Seasons community teams have work phones whereby their rosters are downloaded to that phone. We would not routinely ring staff when they are carrying out personal care for obvious reasons however we do ring staff where we are alerted that they have not “tagged” in to their calls as there could be a risk of a missed call. The Registered Manager wrote out to all clients in the summer of 2017 to advise of the tagging in process and the providers requirements to check that staff are safe and the call has taken place. It would still be greatly appreciated if you could reconsider and please ring All Seasons speaking with Sharon Minton Head Of Planning 01227 469 960 as we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your concerns as advised above it is very difficult to respond when you are not in receipt of the facts.

    My wife with severe Alzheimer disease has this company and we are very unhappy. The coordinator is arrogant and rude and is never available and never calls back when they said they would. My wife has a different carer every single day and I have begged for consistent carers for over six months now. They simply don't care. We are looking to leave all seasons as soon as we can. Will they care? Probably not.

    My Mother has this care provider and I am very unhappy with her care. It is not the care workers it is the way the office run the company. The carers are always rushing as they are not given TRAVEL time in between their visits so everyone suffers. The office staff are rude and arrogant when I ask if my Mum can have regular carers too. Would NOT recommend.
