Feb 1 2016 I’m in the middle of a six week respite break in Strode Park whilst my spouse, who is also my full time carer recuperates after an operation. The care I have received can only be described as excellent, very professional and delivered by such pleasant and genuinely caring people. The food I have found to be really appetising, they offer a highly varied menu and the kitchens work really hard to cater for all tastes. My room is roomy, light, comfortable and warm, I can shut the door and be private if I want, or go out and about around the house where the atmosphere always feels warm and friendly. The gardens at Strode Park are really lovely but unfortunately because my respite break has been in January/February I have not been able to get out there.
