121 Care & Mobility Limited

My relative has using this serivce over 5 yrs and he had enough , we have tries to change care agency but have to go through with social service and had reqested more than three years and they not beleive .. Whatever happen as if you call the 121 care office they would take the note of your concern but not dealing with it , a carers just go in give medications and make sanwich nothing else not even help clean the top cooker or clean work top where they have to make a sanwich so so many things thats they dissappointed my relative .. last time a bout wwwk ago a carer had put goo much butter on his bread and my relative tell carer he dont like and they told him off '' you too fussy !'' and they still not give him a new one also not clean a dishes in the zink and rush out to go (my relative have problem with communication and disabilities ) I have to recode videos and send it to social service to ask them to change care agency ! and now social service looking in to to change ... thanks for that ! /....
