    Young adult, in crisis and needing medical intervention help, family practice reception blunlty tells them, no appointments left and no call backs left, still waiting on a call back from the previous day. I can appreciate surgery's are under pressure, but lack of empathy, understanding is atrocious. I will be raising cause for investigation under your practice.
