I have tried twice last week twice this week was at nurses station wed asked receptionist to ask Dr Clarkson to contact me as I have ct scan this Monday in coleraine wouldnt take note -call or queue thurs - rang this am at 9 15 lines closed - I have major issues and want to speak with my doctor- why is this so hard - no one wants to be at dr except we need it - surely some leeway must be found - it 2024 technology has got above queques LOVE TO HAVE A COMMENT FROM PRACTICE MANAGER DONT HEAR MUCH OR ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND YES THERE IS A BIG PROBLEM BIG TOWN | ||||||

The phone system is antiquated and there is no other way to contact the surgery. Calling at the premises is met with a receptionist telling you to phone in. Viscous circle! However, once in and under their care I am being very thoroughly tested and well looked after. Great doctors but terrible organisation. | ||||||

Awful , to get an appointment I was told to line up outside before 9 in the morning and to expect a queue!!! What is wrong with this place seriously. | ||||||
