Crumlin Medical Practice - Dr. Hyndman and Partners

My name is Mairead Morris 59 Glenavy road lisburn bt28. I received a letter two days ago from doctor Byrne telling me I'm no longer allowed to make phonecalls on behalf of the girl I take care of, I was accused of abusive behavior, Jacqueline O'Reilly is the girl I care for these last 5 years and I'm her next of kin, she told the receptionist to eff off as she was in psychosis, I was begging the receptionist to please go into the doctor and ask could he please give her a script for her queitipine as she hears voices and was in serious destress as they kept telling her the devil was coming and had knives hid in the pillow cushions, I didn't even know about the knives but I do know and so do the doctors down there that it's very dangerous because both our lives be on the line, the surgery was still opened it wasn't 5.30 yet and she downright refused because she wanted to get cleared up and get home, her attitude from the start was very blunt and to be honest seemed more like I was an inconvenience to her. Jacqueline ended up cutting herself to bits, all she needed was that medication and she would have came back around, we ended up having to go up to the Whitehouse at lagan valley two days in a row. I suffer from cptsd it's getting worse and worse, no script delivered to me yesterday even though it was lying in surgery for 2 days, now I'm without any medication, Jacqueline's was delivered and she's doing good now she's able to take them. I would like to make a complaint about the receptionist that was so quick to get me a letter sent the next morning, or I'll go ahead and get in touch with the ombudsman and send every email I have here concerning myself and Jacqueline's mental health and the way we have been treated, I believe it's negligence on your part.
