Private Tonsillectomy for my youngest daughter as she was on antibiotics on & off for years - was told she met the criteria but no budget in Northamptonshire, would be able to have it done on NHS if we lived in Leicestershire. Private ingrown toenail surgery twice for my eldest daughter, no surgery offered by NHS doctor only antibiotics which cleared infection temporarily then more antibiotics, ongoing. Private travel vaccinations for Hep A & Cholera, no appointments available with travel nurse. Always feel we have to fight & justify the need for an appointment | ||||||

I visited this surgery for the first time today, whilst parking wasn't easy and with a new born that's tricky, the rest of my experience was excellent. The waiting area was calm, clean, quiet, the staff were lovely and friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable, approacable and understanding. I shall chose this surgery about brigstock from now on if I can even though it's considerably further to travel. | ||||||
