By far the worst NHS surgery I have experienced. It is ok to see the same doctor but I do not appreciate being talked down to and this is done excessively. I have had a lifelong medical condition since the age of 14 and have to take medication daily…I was refused a repeat prescription and told I had to use the Weldon Dispensary for any medication. Prior’s Hall Pharmacy are well aware of Dr Sumira’s reluctance to allow his patients to use them. In Weldon, I was witness to an elderly patient and her husband being given, I presume, a Covid booster jab…in the WAITING ROOM (!) by a nurse and no swabs of alcohol where present whats so ever. I was pretty appalled by the reception area at Studfall in Corby. Initially, I believed it was the main reception at the centre but, upon asking, I was told “you need to be over there”. The lady pointed to a glass window in a corner. Dr Sumira’s reception is actually rather small and VERY messy (every surface was covered in paper). Make your own decisions but my experience was awful and I’m glad I have moved GP. | ||||||

One of the few surgeries left where you'll usually see the same doctor. Much better once a doctor patient relationship has formed. Very good doctor. Myself and my children all come here and doctor has got to know us all. | ||||||

This is an excellent "Old School" surgery, where you can turn up on the day and consult the doctor or make an appointment for another time , with the added plus of collecting your prescription from the "In House" pharmacy, very important if you have no transport. The treatment I have received from Doctor and Staff has been excellent. This surgery and its pharmacy are a huge asset to this village. | ||||||
