Of all the visits I have made to Nene Valley Surgery I have had no reason to complain on any level. The staff are always polite even when busy. The doctors I have had appointments with have been professional and informative.
My last two visits have been to see a member of staff who was extremely professional and was happy to answer my medical questions regarding my symptoms fully and unhurried she is clearly a very knowledgeable and caring person and valid member of the medical staff. | ||||||

I’ve been registered here 3-4 years now and only the recent month has not been very good the past few times I’ve been here In the month as I’ve been waiting half an hour to an hour for my appointment and that’s the whole times I’ve been here and I’m not very happy about it | ||||||

Nene Valley Surgery is a kind and warm place with long standing staff offering great care. Myself and my family have definately got our monies worth over the 18 years we've lived in the area - indeed my retired parents have actually decided for now not to move or downsize so they remain within the area served!
