Been having issues with a surgery since 2020 , had a significant event , also issues with medication and appointments , managed to get an ap for my 2 year old to be seen only after paramedics seen her and called rainbow surgery themselves . Thats one out off many many events . definitely changing it as it beer horrible . | ||||||

I didn’t receive the usual text message to say that my repeat prescription was ready, so decided to make quick call to see what had happened. After being in a telephone queue for 1 hour and 11 minutes, my call was finally answered and I was able to get my question answered. I could have driven to the surgery, queued up in person, asked the question, and driven back in much less than half the time but foolishly thought that a phone call would be more efficient… | ||||||

Have been going to the Rainbow surgery a number of years. Since the change to a group practice ( and retirement of one particular doctor) its like I have changed to a new practice. Doctors have no relationship or knowledge of patient history, not able to phone for repeat prescriptions (what happens if no internet or transport) ,staff always seem very busy and act like they a doing you a favor sorting out your queries, paperwork from hospital goes to other surgeries, never get called back. You go in fill out a repeat prescription form and then go back out and post it. (crazy)
Many people used to criticize how some of the Doctors were straight talking, but they knew me, everthing was handled on site and you didn't feel like you are a inconvenience. | ||||||
