One receptionist is lovely, the rest are useless. dr Otobo is horrendous. Rude. Arrogant. Dismisses anything you say and hangs up. Can NEVER get an appointment. They get nothing right. The surgery puts massive strain on the NHS as you'll have no option but to attend a walk in or A&E as this surgery simply won't help. Unless they think its an emergency..... if its an emergency .......wouldnt you dial 999 or attend a&e.... no sense. dr Otobo needs to resign, retire or just leave the surgery. I cannot tell you how awful he is He should be struck off. You cannot book an appointment in advance you must call everyday at 0800hrs and hope you're lucky enough to get an appointment or call everyday at 8 on the dot for days on end.... Website states you can book up to four weeks in advance but when you call you are told you can't. I have zero confidence in the medical team. | ||||||

I have experienced some significant health issues (including a malignant melanoma) and from making my original appointment to referral to specialist I received excellent care from the surgery. Julie on reception is rude and thinks she is a qualified doctor you are just a pathetic receptionist love . You can never get an appointment or they just throw antibiotics at you without looking at you but when do expect when doctor Orono is a leader he is utter rubbish and will put people lives in serious danger . | ||||||
