Several years ago this was a lovely GP practice, it was all ways possible to talk to who you need to.
Over the last year and a half, I find that the staff are no longer helpful.
The doctors are fine it’s the reception staff and sometimes the dispensary staff that can be abrupt & rude.
I’m now looking to find another practice. | ||||||

The doctors here may well be brilliant but I have never got to see one due to the extreme behaviour of the reception staff who may well have been on a specialist training course in order to be as rude and unwelcoming as is humanly possible. Way to go!
I recommend they try a job in the private sector for a fortnight and see how their customer service skills go down. | ||||||

The Dr’s are very good and careing. My experience of poor Reception Staff attitude. Mum was visited by Registrar this morning, I was advised to leave a sample with the Reception Staff and not to leave in basket at post box. Amazed when told in a surly manner, this could not possible. After further discussion the sample was taken by Receptionist and put in surgery post box. I will certainly do as asked by a Medical Professional rather than a Receptionist with attitude. | ||||||
