just been cut off after waiting over an hour and a half listening to the numbers going down very slowly. The system is hopeless . Seriously is there only one person taking calls? At 1 hr.35 mins to go from 36 to 4 before being cut off you have to wonder........... So now I am faced with joining the back of the queue and no hope of an appt despite being told to ring back if things got worse , which they have. I will have to try NHS 111. When I rang on Wed it was 1hr .45mins to be told no appointments left for the day despite joining the queue at just after 8am and I had to use NHS111 then. What is the point of telling you to ring back if things get worse when there is not a cat in hells chance of getting an appointment despite being really poorly. It only gets one star cos it wont let you give none. | ||||||

Tried to call for an appointment, once again this surgery, Stanground has a prerecorded message no medical practitioners available. So poor. Why has the rest of the world opened since lock down but not Stanground surgery. I thought that the surgery receive an amount per person. Will this funding be returned if patients aren't ever seen, not ever. | ||||||
