After a medication review I was advised to ring the surgery to make an appointment with the GP. My GP on line service is closed so phoned as requested. I was on hold for 30 minutes and still no-one answered the phone. I am so disappointed with priory fields. Having been a patient with them for many years and have always thought they were the best. Not any more patient service is really poor, so sad. |

As a family of 3 with a small baby who requires hypoallergenic formula we have had a mixed experience, sadly mainly negative.
The care we received from several doctors has been superb however when it comes to collecting a prescription it’s a total nightmare!
Every time we have to wait and come back as the request has not been processed, we wait the allocated 4 working days & still the prescription hasn’t been authorised. I am constantly back and forth to the doctor which is Incredibly frustrating when they only issue 4 small tins.
We were going away so I requested a few more tins of formula to ensure we had enough for when we came home (knowing I would have a long wait) and the doctor would not issue them!? I find this unbelievable when they do happily issue paracetamol which can be picked up from any supermarket for pence! A more realistic approach is needed. |
