I’ve been trying to get an appointment for weeks now and they never answer the phone, when they do I get told I have to wait for three weeks to see a doctor. The receptionists are most often extremely rude. Ive had four appointments to sort one small problem as all the others were either cancelled last minute by the surgery or the doctors apparently couldn’t help. When I’ve seen doctors previously they don’t always write notes on why I’ve been taken off certain medication. I’ve also been taking the contraceptive pill and always had problems with it (I’ve had many different ones over the years) and recently found out I shouldn’t be taking it due to being a high risk of a stroke. (Although the previous doctors didn’t tell me that) I’m not happy with the way the staff treat patients and most times I’ve been there I’ve had horrible experiences. | ||||||

We have only been registered with this surgery for approximately one year. In this short space of time, we have received the best care ever from any practice we have been registered with. Both doctors, nurses, receptionist are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for trying to sort out both my partners and my problems and never giving up on us. Wonderful patient people. Recommend this practice to anybody. | ||||||

Tried to make an appointment. It is Wednesday afternoon 14:40 been on hold over 15 minutes, I feel this in an unacceptable time to wait to talk to someone on the telephone. Now been cut off.................... | ||||||
