Appalling and unbelievable.. should be closed down. Should not be allowed to be this bad in the UK where we have certain standards. ! I have waited over 2 weeks for urine test and stool test..This morning after calling yet again they said they would contact me yet they didn't. They sent me a strange text telling me that I had an appointment at 1. 30pm. When I called them they didn't know anything about it. I am still waiting. No results ..What is going on here? Staff just don't seem to care at all. Lady called Gemma rude and uncaring. Very strange service indeed. | ||||||

I don't visit the Dunsville Medical Centre very often but when I have had to, the experience has always been a good one. Appointments are generally easy to get by booking on-line although at busy times of the year you might have to wait a week or so. What they require is more permanent doctors and not just locums to help out. This is a gem of a surgery serving the community. | ||||||

My family and myself have been with the surgery for 18 years .I have always been happy with the service we as a family have recieved. I think that all the staff , medical and reception and all staff behind the scenes who we dont see .are all doing a brilliant job under very hard conditions. They have kept the surgury open with only one doctor available who has alwatys been polite,pleasant and a pleasure to see as much as going to the doctor can be anyway.!! Personaly my biggest fear is that the surgery has to close and we would have to go elsewhere ,the doctors waiting room is clean as is the whole place. Keep up the good work.,land long may you stay open ! | ||||||
