I phoned the practice on Monday afternoon 29th March, and was held in a queue for 35mins ,so I had to hang up , that was the 2nd time that day I had tried to call. I know we are experiencing very strange times and the staff are very busy ,but 35 mins is not really acceptable ?? | ||||||

Only lived in the area for 6 months after moving from the Midlands.
I was recommended this practice but a friend and I'm so glad I joined.
My old practice for a general appointment on average was 30/40 days wait!
Randsome generally get me in on the day or the day after all the gps ive seen have been lovely and understanding.
Keep up the good work all the staff here it's a pleasure to be a patient here. | ||||||
