I was lucky enough to turn up without an appointment and got seen straight away. I was able to get treatment and sorted for two other things as well. 5 stars! |

My daughter was refused care due to the young receptionist telling me they don’t deal/see babies under 6 months. She definitely shouldn’t have this job as she clearly needs more education on healthcare, as well as a new attitude which was absolutely disgusting towards me. |

My son tried to get an appointment with a nurse for over 3 days kept phoning from 8.30 each morning , no one answering the phone on day one, day 2 finally got through at 11 am was told all appointments taken for that day phone again tomorrow, so day 3 phoning again from 8.30 got through at 10 am no appointments again, so had to attend the 24 hour same day doctors at mid day. His father not knowing that son had been seen at the 24 hour service tried again to make an appointment for him and actually got one for the same day later in the afternoon, when he realised son had been seen elsewhere ,he tried to ring the surgery back to cancel the appointment ,but no one answered the phone , he tried from 11 am to 5pm every half an hour and then at 5.30 an automated message said the surgery is closed?? No wonder there is such a high number of people not attending appointments if no one answers the phone!! Gone really downhill since the original 4 doctors are no longer there, the nurses are obviously struggling with the work load if you are unable to get appointments , why it has changed from the nurse calling you back i will never know. I cant understand how you can accept new patients when the ones you already have cant get seen. |
