The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the nursing staff are very professional.
I particularly like the online booking system to make an appointment and order my repeat prescriptions. The GP’s are willing to listen and give the appropriate treatment and care.
I am extremely grateful to the practice for the support I was given when looking after my elderly father. The GP’s did not hesitate to give my father excellent care, doing home visits and providing excellent treatment. While showing respect and kindness to him during his long illness.
The NHS is 70 years old on the 5th July 2018. It is the dedication and hard work from the staff that work in the service that it has continued for so long. |

Earlier this year I experienced a traumatic time with Glandular Fever, I telephoned the GP'S and was seen within 4 hours of the call being made, I spent almost one hour with the GP whilst they under took numerous tests and made telephone calls to colleagues within the acute hospital, the doctor then made a referral appointment for me to be seen at Doncaster Royal Infirmary the same evening.
The care I received both on this day and the weeks/months following we're fantastic, a number of weeks later following confirmation of glandular fever I became worse and was seen by a locum GP the following day.
I have been to the GP a number of times since the period of glandular fever, mostly with problems related and have received the upmost respected and dignified care.
I am extermley happy with my GP and wouldn't move else where. The quality level of care and clinical practice is excellent. |
