Can’t get an appointment, tried 4 times to get one at the Doctors, had to ring ring 111 who in turn rang for an ambulance for my wife to be sent to A&E. Second time rang the doctors and the doctor ( Nurse practitioner) who’s supposed to ring back, we’ll with no phone call late afternoon, I rang the surgery and the Nurse practitioner had gone home?? The following day it was back to the DRI again for a second weekend, lack of medication prescribed due to shortage. |

Since the surgery has changed management the experience has been much improved. Whilst consultations with the doctor were always positive, the non clinical staff were not so professional in their approach. On occasions one was made to feel that we were inconveniencing them and when one is not well this is not good. The ancillary staff were not trained in customer service and could be brusque when approached, but nothing was ever said for fear of being “blacklisted” from the patient list. Thankfully this is not the case now and one can visit the doctor without being made to feel uncomfortable. |

Very efficient doctors also extremely friendly. Ok so you have to ring up at 8:00am for an appointment, that’s no problem to me I would rather do that than people book up weeks in advance and then not turn up. I have always found the reception lady’s more than helpful and I cannot fault the service they provide. I know some are not happy with not seeing a doctor and I normally see the same doctor who has been wonderful and caring when I needed the help and support the most, hench the 5 stars |
