I telephoned last week as I was feeling absolutely shocking with a flu virus coughing and not being able to breathe, receptionist answered straight away, she asked me to come down to the surgery, I told her I didn’t feel well enough to come into the surgery, she said let me get doctor to phone you within a minute dr was on the phone talking to me and even before the chemist had time to open she’d sent a prescription for me to collect , I’d just like to say you do an amazing job and Thankyou so much for all your hard work. |

I Have been a patient here for many years, they are now much better than in previous years, thank goodness, in the past the receptionists were the most uncaring ignorant people one main one in particular but they have gone now and the whole place seems to be performing better now just hope it continues |

The title says it all. Ridiculous appointment system. Can't book appointments for a pre-regulated course of injections, have to wait and then be told no appointments for a month. Then told to ring every day for a cancellation - how when the phone lines are always engaged??????? Our appointment system rounds around 6 weeks in advance as we have found that appointments booked too far in advance run a higher risk of the patient failing to attend and the appointment is then wasted. We do offer appointment, which are bookable online. This may be something you would like to consider as it gives you the flexibility of booking appointment around other commitments you may have. If you would like to register for this service please speak to a member of our reception who would be happy to help. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact the Practice Manager at the surgery. |
