absolutely terrible behavior of women from the reception several times I asked for a solution to the same problem and at the end I was told to leave as if I was insistent. rude and not understanding basic things I must also mention here that communication between the reception and doctors is the same bottom. I'm freaking out if anyone has any control over these women. |

You can never get an appointment you have to make a telephone appointment first which takes weeks then the doctor rings you to decide if it’s urgent enough to see you face to face then you have to make another face to face appointment which takes weeks again, even though the doctor has told you in your original appointment she wanted to see me in person after 2 weeks! What’s the point of keep having 2 appointments each time you want to have a face to face. I could have died by the time I actually get to see anyone! A couple of the receptionists are helpful but there are another couple who are blunt and don’t listen, they seem to think they are health professionals most of the time they just say go to A&E if your concerned what a waste of Nhs resources and as a nurse who has worked in A&E it’s very concerning. The biggest problem is there is only one doctor now and a locum the practice is severely understaffed for the new residents that have moved in. Will be reporting to CCG if it carries on. |
