Really great practice! Moved home from university and was able to register back at this practice with no issues at all. Very easy to get through to book an appointment, the reception staff were really friendly and when I arrived I was seen before my appointment time. I was treated with respect and had confidence in the doctor I saw. Overall 10/10! | ||||||

After being invited to use the Mount Group Practice car park when visiting the Rutland House Vaccination centre I received an £80 parking charge! I've subsequently discovered a number of other people suffered the same misfortune. Council road signs pointed visitors to this car park and the Mount Group themselves appear to have placed a white board at the entrance telling people Parking Eye was turned off - yet still numerous people have been ripped off. After emailing Mount Group to ask them to intervene, nothing was done. Those others who got stung by this con suffered similarly. I wonder if Mount Group get a kick back from PE? Avoid using their car park! | ||||||

My husband and I have been patients at Mount Group Practice for many years and we can only give glowing comments about the treatment we have always received. During the years my husband has had to undergo major surgery - quadruple heart bypass - aortic aneurysm repair - knee replacement - blood transfusions and throughout the doctors have ensured that the correct investigations and treatment were provided. Yesterday, new year's eve, both my husband and I had appointments with a doctor at Mount Group and we both received first class attention. My husband needs to undergo various tests for current health problems and he was checked thoroughly by the doctor and referred for ongoing investigation.
On 2nd December 2018 I underwent an operation for the removal of my gall bladder - once again this diagnosis was due to the efficient way I was dealt with by the doctors at Mount Group.
The reception staff and nurses are exceptional and are always helpful, friendly and efficient.
