Couldn't fault the receptionist, got given a phone appointment with a doctor, he called me back as I had injured my back and asked for some strong pain killers, he was rather rude and would talk over me as I was explaining what was wrong and describing the pain, got a prescription sent to my local chemist, to my surprise got given the wrong strength pain killers, I needed 30/500 cocodamol not 15/500, they do not work for the pain I am in, if I wanted smarties I would go to a sweet shop | ||||||

The Doctors and Nurses are great. It’s getting passed the guard dogs (the receptionists) that’s the problem In person there rude and the phone receptionists you can’t get through to | ||||||
