Hello I am disgusted with the system used for appointments, which they claim is government guidelines, this is the same as covid guidelines which does not seem to have changed. To me it appears that the doctors are only seeing about 50% of the patients because of the system. You cannot ring and get an appointment you have to wait for the doctor to call you and then you may get to see them. I was able to ring twice a day once at 8.00 am and then at 12.30 pm to get a call from the doctor but they have now stopped the afternoon calls. |

You just cannot get a face to face appointment I have Menieres and my hearing is very poor so a telephone consultation is not really a good option.Just had a drug review which lasted all of 5 mins had the impression that I was wanted off the line as soon as possible kept telling the doctor that I could not hear him.Mainly interested in iron tablets but I wanted to talk about my Menieres which is making me feel isolated because of hearing and balance problems apart from the attacks which are depidilating. Just Making me depressed |

The administration is very poor husband was prescribed antibiotics then received two phone calls from surgery telling him not to take them and would leave out a new prescription. He is in poor health but made the effort to go to surgery to pick up new antibiotics when he arrived home they were not in the bag. Rang to inform them and was told they were still on the shelf and would have to wait until next day. This is one of many mistakes. Very poor service |
