Unprofessional uncaring made to feel like second class person. Left feeling anxious stressed. Won't listen complete lack of care and compassion. | ||||||

Absolutely disgusted in the surgery this week. Waited in the queue over an hour Tuesday evening to be cut off when I reached number 1 because they had closed. Ordered prescription online and rung up Wednesday to make sure it had gone through as had never done it before and they assured me it would be down for home delivery because of the trouble I had trying to get through the night before. Prescription has not been delivered today, so rung again and they have lost it. The delivery driver hasn't got it and neither have dispensery. I have been told to ring 111 so they can issue me an emergency supply for the weekend. I am not going to put more pressure on these people because of an absolutely disgusting mistake you have made!! This surgery used to be brilliant, it is now an absolute disgrace to Spilsby and you should be ashamed of how you are messing with people's lives. Good job it's only medication for my heart and nothing more important!!!!!!! | ||||||

You cannot get an appointment with any doctor you would want to see, there is a couple of doctors you can see they are not too bad, they are both foreign doctors. But they are good, better than our normal doctors, both are women. | ||||||
