I have been a patient at the practice for 4 years and usually fit and well. Unfortunately only this year I have needed to see GPs for 2 different things.I have seen one Dr once earlier in the year and three others more recently. Would like to thank all of them.They have been extremely kind,caring ,professional and I have felt well looked after and well supported, The reception staff are brilliant and always helpful and not had any difficulty with appointments. As a GP , I am well aware of the pressures on time ,resources etc but as a patient ,I was never made to feel any of these. Always felt listened to, cared for and well looked after. .So thank you again . I highly recommend the surgery. | ||||||

I stumbled across this review section by chance and felt I must record my unreserved admiration for the service this practice has given me, my family and my visitors for the last forty years. The Receptionists are never other than helpful and efficient, appointments are always available if you are prepared to be flexible about which doctor you want to see, the "drop in service" means you will be seen quickly f you are willing to wait a little and when you are seen you will be treated with courtesy and proessionism by nurses and doctors alike. The premises are old fashioned, just a converted shop but the investment has gone where it should, into staffing. If there is battery GP practice I would be surprised. | ||||||
