Even in the hard times the practice does all it can to help. Promised a phone call back I got it. I don't like the amount of unknown drs signing my prescriptions and get phone calls from unknown doctors. Seems to be so many changes get used to a dr or nurse then they move on. Since the diabetic nurse left I've had to see various drs don't know if they have a diabetes nurse now. But overall very happy with level of service I've had through these hard times got me sorted with medication and appointments for other places. Staff always polite and helpful and friendly. | ||||||

I would like to say a big thank you to the receptionist who was so kind and helpful yesterday, it was late in the day and I had just come back off holiday and was feeling really unwell, she was very understanding and offered me an appointment for that evening. Excellent service. | ||||||

over all great care is given but sometimes hard to get through on phone I and my wife having a few health problems I email I hadn't forgot about my appointment to be made then got a letter signed by Haxby group. no indication of who it was from asking me to sign the form if I didn't need their diabetic help well after explaining in the email thought this was a bit off. | ||||||
