Whilst the surgery operation is more than satisfactory the on line services facility leaves a lot to be desired. After the first attempt to log in it indicates that you have had three attempts and even using the correct passwords will no longer let you proceed.

I have been with My Health only a few months. Unfortunately I have been unwell requiring a referral to see a Consultant at York Hospital. I would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to the staff at the surgery, and for the timely response and the follow up treatment I have since received. | ||||||

I always find the doctors receptive whenever I visit. They listen sensitively and explore options. I never find the appointment rushed. Good quality service. Always pleased and feel reassured. Lovely staff. | ||||||
