I rang in response to a text request to book an annual hypertension review. It took two attempts to get through, but then the pleasant receptionist even offered a choice of appointments. The nurse was methodical & very reassuring in her approach whilst also taking time to answer my questions. She really encouraged improving my health through exercise due to the beneficial results seen so far. I left the practice feeling very well looked after & motivated, so thank you for that. |

Too many patients and not enough Drs. Seem to see a different Dr every time I go, so no consistency. Extremely poor service from the receptionists, they seem to have very little training and are just rude to people and have absolutely no accountability or responsibility for the place they work. They have the accountability of a member of public that just walked in and accidentally picked up the phone. I just need my medical records to fill out a private health care form or one bit of information about my medical history so I put the request in and heard nothing back for a week despite being promised a call back. I called back myself a week later to chase it and was told they'd done nothing and in fact I needed to put it in writing, pay a fee and wait up to 21 days. How about I just leave the Drs surgery and join someone else, won't be a paying a fee to get you to send my medical records to them, you'll do that for free because you have to and you'll lose a customer/patient at the same time, so enjoy the consequences of your poor service and poor operating model |

Went for a medication review and the doctor was talking about changing medication that I have been on for 30 years absolutely ridiculous this surgery is awful and the receptionist are rude I have been coming here since I was born 55 yrs ago will be leaving also I have been taking a tablet and he decided I didn’t need that anymore I walked out in disgust |
