My husband and I cannot find enough words to comment about the EXCELLENT CARE AND TREATMENT WE HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED AT THIS PRACTICE, NO MATTER WHO HAS HELPED OR TREATED US AT ANY GIVEN TIME. THE CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 IS A TERRIBLE UNKNOWN ILLNESS AND MUST PUT ALL THE DOCTORS AND STAFF WORKING IN OUR N.H.S UNDER MORE PRESSURE AND STRESS, SO PLEASE, PLEASE LET US DO OUR BIT, TO HELP THEM, STICK TO WEARING. A MASK , KEEP THE 2 METERS APART , AVOID AT ALL COSTS GROUPS OF PEOPLE. HOPEFULLY THEN, WE WILL ALL STAY SAFE AND WELL. REMEMBER WE HAVE ONE OF THE BEST HEALTH SERVICE IN THE WORLD, YOU CAN DO YOUR BIT TO HELP KEEP IT THAT WAY, BECAUSE, WITHOUT IT , WE ARE LOST !! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH , EVERYONE WORKING AT THE SCOTT ROAD PRACTICE, EVERYONE AT THE YORK HOSPITAL - SPECIALISTS, SURGEONS, DOCTORS, PARAMEDICS , NURSES, ALL OF YOU. A doctor phoned at 1.50pm l explained to her about my condition, she told me that she would phone eye clinic at the hospital. She told me she would phone me back to let me know what the hospital said. The time is now 4.35pm. 02.09.2019. The doctor hasn't phoned back, very poor patient care. | ||||||

My husband has been in the wars recently, my own health debatable? Feeling ill, Tiredness, Forgetfulness, pain, not sure what is the cause ,STRESS,? ILLNESS? WORRY, OR iS iT JUST MY AGE ,, BEING SEVENTY EIGHT YEARS YOUNG. What ever the occasion we had to see a doctor , we have always been treat with respect, consideration, offered the best treatment and advice, anything that would enhance our lives. LET US ALL REMEMBER WE ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE THE SPECIALISTS, DOCTORS, NURSES, PARAMEDICS AND EVERY OTHER STAFF MEMBER OF THE N.H.S TAKING CARE OF US, THESE PEOPLE ARE ONLY HUMAN BEINGS! My apologies if I have caused offence to anyone, but no one can say a word wrong to me about our HEALTH SERVICE. | ||||||
