Always had a great experience. Always feel listened to and the Dr's genuinely care about their patients. We're very fortunate to have this surgery. |

I only have positive things to say about this surgery. Not once have I ever had a problem with them.
They have always been so efficient, often dealing with urgent appointments and queries within hours.
All surgery staff including reception, GPs and nurses have always been polite and respectful and seem to want to really get to the bottom of what is bothering you.
As a medical receptionist myself I know how quick people are to point out the negatives instead of appreciating the positives.
Thank you for being a great surgery. |

Suffering from foot pain and finding it very hard to walk, even to do a supermarket shop. I phoned to make an appointment and was initially told by the receptionist to find a private podiatrist, I asked to see the doctor and was offered a 10 minute telephone appointment in two weeks time. When the date arrived she advised me to take ibropufen, despite intense and chronic foot pain causing significant negative impact on basic life activities. I asked to be referred to a podiatrist, the doctor was very reluctant to do this saying they wouldn't see me as I didn't have diabetes as well. Waiting two weeks for a short unhelpful phone call left me feeling angry and frustrated. The practice has been good in the past, however I think the service has become increasingly poor. I am looking for a different practice as I no longer have confidence in this one. |
