I recently moved to Posterngate surgery, and so far can say I have been very well supported. I have seen Dr Pointon and had telephone appts and extremely grateful of the support I have had. The receptionists despite being extremely busy are very courteous and helpful. Primary healthcare is so important to get the right care and support and it is my opinion Posterngate surgery do a great job despite how difficult it is right now, thankyou so much. | ||||||

A shout out for Dr Stockley, Senior Partner. Posterngate Surgery, Selby worked very well this morning under the direction of Dr. Stockley. I phoned for an appointment at 08:01 to be greeted by usual recorded message We are very busy etc. I pressed key to keep my place in the queue of unknown length. Received callback in ten minutes. Briefed very efficient Bryony on my situation, she listened and got the message. Entered on triage list. Dr. Stockley called before 09:30. Long consultation. We agreed actions. By noon I had collected forms and given blood at the hospital. I expect the results to be on my NHS App by Monday. Checked App to read Stockley consultation notes - spot on. That’s how it should happen. Great! | ||||||
