Absolutely fantastic gp. They do have online services to order repeats, make appointments, see test results. All GPS and nurses are fantastic. This year has been challenging for me health wise and every doctor or nurse I have seen have been kind caring compassionate and they listen. You can get appointments with ease and in an emergency they are so helpful. The receptionists are so friendly when you phone always willing to help. The pharmacist when you have medication reviews are also super. So happy with the surgery. | ||||||

Having moved to Ashbury, Shrivenham was the closest practice and I have to say we have not been disappointed with the service we have received from the Doctors and all staff. Very courteous, friendly and responsive when calling or face-to-face. Highly recommended. It would be wrong for me to single out any one particular Doctor , nurse or care administrator as the whole of the surgery are trained to a high level and deal with ANY issues carefully and with great help - nothing is too much.
I have had a very bad time in my personal life and in addition been diagnosed with Atrial fibrillation
Due to me moving 3 times in 9 months I have had to change Doctors and hospital in respect of me seeing a cardiology consultant - it has now been going on for 14 months!. But Elm tree surgery are so caring and sympathetic giving me the confidence that the matter will soon be addressed.
Please please can you pass on my thanks and appreciation to the practice. If only all doctors surgeries could use their model the NHS would be in a better state. | ||||||
