I was immediately told off for parking in the wrong place when I entered the surgery and told to move my car. There were no signs or bollards, it was an honest mistake as I'm new to the area. No one deserves to be spoken to in that manner. I left a review on google, where they refused to apologise, which to me is appalling service. Subsequently, I decided not to register with them. | ||||||

The doctor, practice nurses, dispensers and administrative staff are all thoroughly efficient, caring and courteous. One's problems/conditions are listened to with attention, treatment explained, and confidence and reassurance given. I would like say that the Doctor was great at his job and also his manner with dealing with me, The staff are very welcoming every time I see them and are very happy to help!
