TheDoctor and my self thought l had a urine infection ,after phoning for results , told all was ok Because l had been feeling so unwell ,told the receptionist l needed to have an appointment with a G P only to be told that was impossible. In the end was offered one For 2 wks time on 11,May After waiting so long l’d had enough and said l could’nt accept that’ l felt there must be something wrong other than a urine infection.and just wanted some advice from a doctor Not much to ask But was refused any help.Amvery dissapointed in This surgery now after being with you for about 50 yrs, thanks | ||||||

I had a recent knee MRI.After receiving the result the practice asked me to come in for a steroid injection in the next few days.The Doctor was very helpful and explained the result clearly to me. He gave me a painless injection and then ensured that I had all the required information. He had a very polite, attentive and reassuring manner. This week I had a query about a medication that I take. This has been promptly dealt with. Many thanks The reception team are very efficient. They are helpful,understanding and speak so pleasantly when dealing with you. Excellent front line team. Many thanks to all mentioned above. Regards Pat McM | ||||||

I have been at Linden Avenue for the best part of 40 years - even when we were in the white house next door. Overall the service has been good but since getting older and less mobile, having to use a wheelchair now as I can’t stand for more than 25 mins and during this time I totally lose my balance get dizzy and fall over. This makes it very difficult for me to leave the house. I would like to see a doctor to check my symptoms and possibly prescribe different medications. However the doctors will not visit me and I have to spend most of my day in bed. How is it possible to see a doctor- do they do home visits. The last time a doctor came to our house was some five years ago when our aunt (78) died to write a certificate ( she couldn’t get to the surgery to get it her self. Home visits are important and when I was younger (10 —11) in Northampton my mum would ring up and they came in the afternoon. But that all seems to have gone now though.. | ||||||
