Rang the surgery. 10 in queue. No appointments left. No prebookable appointments. Could have call back following week. I cannot believe a surgery has only 9 appointments! As urgent eventually given appointment for call back in the afternoon. No explanation as to poor service or lack of appointments. Tried to ring to speak to practice manager. 60th in queue at 8 25. Links to complaints does not work. | ||||||
