This surgery is reliable and friendly. I ring for appointments and always get seen within a week no matter what. The staff are amazing. The doctors have so much compassion and I never feel rushed. The nurses are always smiling and are very reassuring. It really makes a difference to see staff happy especially when feeling ill. The receptionist are highly professional and can't do enough to help. They remain smiling and calm when under pressure and some patients are very rude to them but they never let this effect the amazing customer service they provide. I can't thank the surgery enough for how they have been there for myself and my family and for the fantastic customer service we all recieve.
The service is so important to many residents of Highworth and the service they recieve is above and beyond. |

I have been with this surgery for a few years and have always been impressed by the level of care and kindness from all involved, in particular the doctors and nurses. However, recently a new receptionist has advised on two occasions that I need to go to the Emergency Department (once for a bad cold and once for a cut that would not heal). I dutifully went to the Emergency Department this morning, waited 3 hours only to be told that there was nothing they could do and I should have been seen by my GP or a pharmacist! |
