My family have been using the Adelaide Medical Centre for over 25 years. It is clean and always seems to be evolving with the times. Although there has been some rotation over the years, it attracts very high-quality and caring GPs. Each of the GPs has their own personality but the common bond is about providing exceptional patient care. Within the constraints of the NHS, the centre always seems to be introducing new technology to improve the customer experience (Check-in Kiosk, Patient Access, Well). Patient Access is the best. I had 2 medical scares over the last 18 months. My GPs insured I received the right medical treatment. Three years ago I lived through the medical system in the United States. The NHS is a far superior system for providing medical care.
Adelaide Medical Centre is a role model for London, England and maybe the World. I implore the NHS to keep supporting the excellent work these GPs do. My family and I are very grateful. | ||||||

Our 9 year old daughter had previously only been unwell when she was a toddler so wasn't used to seeing a G.P.
The triage over the phone was done by the nurse practitioner. The nurse was so kind and empathetic to our daughter who was vomiting in the room after having an ear infection. A week later Eva got more unwell and it was discovered she had glandular fever.
We have been back twice since and every time been treated so kindly. A lovely surgery and staff who do their up most to do as much for you as they can. So grateful for our care for Eva. | ||||||
