Just terrible. It's to be hoped no one trying to engage with this appalling surgery is in serious need of medical intervention, otherwise they're in big trouble. |

On speaking to the receptionist they come across as unfriendly and too officious they must realize that they are the first person to speak to a member of the public.If this is a reflection on how this practice is run perhaps a bit of training needed.But like a lot of organisations probably goes in one and out of the other. |
