I recently requested a letter from Charlton Hill confirming that I suffer from MS which is required by National Rail in order for me to apply for a Disabled Persons Railcard. I was informed that this would incur a cost of £35.00 as it is classified as 'private work'. I assumed that this was an error but a follow up phone call has confirmed that they do in fact charge you to confirm that you are suffering from a chronic health condition and provide a letter that would enable you to access additional assistance. | ||||||

I've not long registered with Charlton Hill surgery and noted that it takes them ages to book an appointment, one of the receptionists is extremely rude ( can't recall her name) and they barely have their own surgery doctors as most of them come and go. Particularly disappointed by Dr. CANDY who doesn't know how to do her job properly, unable to follow up anything or communicate with patient. | ||||||

We have both only received only the very best of care from both the ladies on reception and the doctors and nurses. As we are older and slowly falling apart we do appreciate everyone’s attitudes. Thank you all for being such a nice surgery to visit. | ||||||
