Absolutely Useless...Was Sent to Hospital For an XRay of Wooden Splinter, The Radiologist Laughed & Questioned the GP Qualifications as They should know Only Metal & Glass Show up on X-ray....Now You Cannot See Doctor Face To Face...Repeat Prescriptions Take A Week. I Have No Faith in This Surgery Whatsoever. I Miss The Wonderful Dr Mort who Had this Surgery for Years Before This Sham Took Over. I Am Going to Change To A Different Practice ASAP! | ||||||

Phoned the doctor and was told couldn’t book an appointment because the diary wasn’t open until the next day. Phoned the next day to be given a phone appointment fo ten days time even though I requested to see a doctor. The doctor phoned at the given time and spent two minutes and diagnosed a frozen shoulder and to book me to see a physio. Four weeks later a receive a test from clinic to say if I haven’t heard by the 22nd August to contact them again. I was horrified and promptly phoned the clinic only to be told they had only just received my referral that day. This is completely unacceptable as I have been waiting in pain for SIX weeks It seems a completely uncaring inefficient operation and I shall be seeking another surgery in the near future Cut | ||||||
