I have been to many Doctors and I've never quite come across one like it. The Doctors really do put you in the center of your own care and give you options when it comes to your own health. I've been in there as a normal appointment and have been in there for emergencies and I cannot fault them in any way, shape or form. The reception staff aren't the stereotypical rude staff, they've always been so happy on the phone and will go out of their way to help you. The nursing staff are so non-judgmental and have made me feel so comfortable, especially with embarrassing/awkward situations. The Doctors are knowledgeable and I really feel like they're on your side and will fight your corner for answers and a diagnosis, so they can further support you.
The only downfall to this surgery is the street parking and the fact they only have 1 phone for calls but that isn't anything to do with their professionalism, it's just a tight nit location.
Thank you to all for helping me on the road to stop smoking, getting through anxiety and depression & supporting me a whole person rather than just the issue that brings me to your service. | ||||||

From the moment I walk into the Practice I feel safe. From the ladies on reception, who are so much more. They know who you are and treat you as a friend but never losing their Proffessionalism. If they say something will be done I KNOW I don’t have to worry about it anymore, as it is always done, from advice to leaving message for Doctor. The Doctor always calls back. This Health Center is a Beacon of the NHS - and I consider myself extremely lucky to be a registered with them THANK YOU.

All the staff are welcoming and professional. The surgery operates excellent opening hours, especially if you are working. As a patient you are treated with respect. Time & detailed information is given to you. All clininical staff are extremely knowledgeable and you feel safe in their care. I have been attending this practice since it opened and I feel very fortunate to be a patient there. | ||||||
